All Hexa Noir products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production, plus 3–7 business days for shipping. Most US orders arrive within 10–14 business days from the date of purchase.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer free shipping on all US orders over $65. Orders under $65 ship for a flat rate of $5.99. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after your order has been processed.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages Hexa Noir is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at RZayah@HexaNoir.shop
