Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Free shipping promotions may be available — check our site for current offers.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

5. International Shipping & Customs

HEXA NOIR ships internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

HEXA NOIR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at RZayah@HexaNoir.Store and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

7. Incorrect Address
