At HEXA NOIR, we create luxury-quality fashion designed to make you feel powerful and unapologetic. We stand behind our pieces, but we understand that sometimes the vibe isn't a perfect match. If you are looking to return an item, please review our requirements below.
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We maintain high standards for our community; therefore:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Items must have all original tags attached.
- Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any signs of wear.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
HEXA NOIR reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. If a return is rejected, the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We keep it fair but firm. Because our drops are curated and quality-focused, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All items marked "SALE" or "FINAL SALE."
- Gift cards.
4. Damages and Issues
We take pride in our quality, but if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and make it right.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the fit you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Due to our curated inventory and high demand, we cannot guarantee that an item will remain in stock for a traditional exchange.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
7. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
